Opt-Out and Manage Your Communication Preferences

 

We want to make sure you're in control of the information you receive from our dealerships and businesses. You can update your marketing and communication preferences below.

 

Simply select your preferred channels (Email, SMS, or Mail) for the topics that interest you. If you wish to opt out of all Concord Jaguar Land Rover marketing communications entirely, you can select the "Unsubscribe All" option below.

Opt-Out of Phone Calls

Remove me from all outbound phone call lists across Concord JLR.

Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. By selecting unsubscribe, you will only be unsubscribed from the selected Concord JLR business. This action does not unsubscribe you from communications sent by vehicle manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties.

  • Via Email: Every email we send includes a visible and easy-to-use unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • Via SMS: If you receive text messages from us, you can opt out of future SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your request to be processed.

Request Deletion or De-identification of Your Data

You may request that we delete or permanently de-identify your personal information. We will comply with your request unless we are required by law to retain it, or where it is necessary to keep it for the lawful purpose for which it was collected (for example, to meet contractual obligations or legal retention periods).

If we cannot comply with your request, we will explain why in writing, in accordance with OAIC guidance.
