What information do we need to provide for a referral? 
 

Referring customer information needed is full name, email address, phone number and vehicle registration. The referred customer information required is a full name, email address and phone number.

Concord Jaguar Land Rover Refer a friend program (Purchase or Selling)

The Concord Jaguar Land Rover Refer a Friend Program encourages our valued customers to spread the word about the Suttons Group and its extensive range of products and services to family, friends, and colleagues. The program is designed to welcome new customers into the Suttons Group.

 

A $250 payment will be made to the referring customer [1] and a $250 payment will be made to the referred customer [2] when the referred customer either purchases a new, demonstrator, or pre-owned vehicle from, or sells a vehicle to, a participating Suttons location [3] during the offer period.

 

The Suttons Refer a Friend Program commences Sunday, 1st October 2023 and concludes Wednesday, 31st December 2025. To be eligible for the referral benefit, the referred customer must either purchase and take delivery of a new, demonstrator, or pre-owned vehicle, or sell their vehicle to a participating Suttons location between these dates.

 

The Suttons Refer a Friend Program operates through a simple process:

  • An existing customer submits their own details and the details of the friend they are referring via the online referral form on the Suttons Refer a Friend portal.
  • A member of our Customer Care team will contact both individuals to verify the information and assist in arranging an appointment for the referred customer.
  • Upon the referred customer’s successful purchase and delivery of a vehicle, or sale of a vehicle to a participating Suttons location, both the referring and referred customers will each receive a $250 payment.

Definitions

[1] Referring Customer
An existing customer (private or business) who provides a referral to a prospective customer. To be eligible, the referring customer must have transacted at a participating Suttons location within the last 24 months.

A transaction is defined as:

  • A completed vehicle purchase
  • A completed vehicle sale to Suttons
  • A completed vehicle service (excluding vehicle recall and warranty work)

[2] Referred Customer
A new customer (private or business) whose details are submitted via the Suttons ‘Refer a Friend’ form.
To qualify as a new customer, the referred individual must not have transacted with a participating Suttons location within the last 24 months (excluding vehicle recall and warranty work).

The referred customer must either:

  • Purchase and take delivery of a vehicle, or
  • Sell a vehicle to a participating Suttons location during the offer period

Eligibility and Referral Limits

  • The referring customer must complete the online Refer a Friend form prior to the referred customer making contact with a participating Suttons location.
  • A member of the Customer Care team will contact both parties within 2 business days of form submission.
  • Limit of two referrals per referring customer in a 12-month period. To refer more than two eligible customers, please contact Customer Care at customercare@suttons.com.ai or 02 8711 8619 .

Qualifying Transactions
To qualify for the $250 payment, the referred customer must either:

  • Purchase and take delivery of a new, demonstrator, or pre-owned vehicle, or
  • Sell a vehicle to a participating Suttons location as a standalone transaction (i.e., without purchasing another vehicle)
    Once either transaction is completed, both the referring and referred customers will each receive the $250 payment.

Redemption and Payment Conditions

  • The offer is limited to one redemption per transaction.
  • If a referred customer is referred by multiple individuals, the first referring customer to complete the online form will qualify (if all criteria are met).
  • The referring and referred customers’ details must match on the relevant Declaration forms.
  • Payment will be made via EFT within 30 days of vehicle delivery and after completion of the Referral Declaration Form and Referee Declaration Form.
  • If all qualifying criteria are not met, both parties will be ineligible for the payment.

Bank Account Requirements

  • Any monetary benefit must be deposited into the eligible individual's nominated bank account, which must be held in their name.
  • If either party cannot provide valid bank account details, Suttons may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative form of benefit.
  • A jointly held bank account by both the referrer and referee will be deemed acceptable.

Consent and Privacy
By entering your name, email address, and phone number, and the referred customer’s name, email address, and phone number, you agree to be contacted by Suttons for the purposes of this promotion and may be entered into future marketing promotions.
If the referred customer is on our No Contact List, we are unable to contact them. You may share our details with them so they can reach out directly.

Exclusions and Rights

  • The offer excludes current and former Suttons employees who have worked at any location in the past 12 months.
  • The program is valid in conjunction with all other dealership offers, excluding the Suttons Employee Purchase Program.
  • Suttons reserves the right to change, supersede, or extend this offer at any time.
